Founding
PT Prima Yasa Eduka was established on 27 July 2001 by Notarial Deed No. 5 of Lita Deriana, S.H. Founders included Setyo Riyanto and Trijadi Juliarti.
Ownership Transformation
Ownership changed 100% from individuals to organisations: 99% YPBPI and 1% the YPBPI Employee Cooperative.
Deed Renewal
The company deed was last amended by Notarial Deed No. 11 dated 29 October 2018 by Notary Deasy Witanti Kusumaningtyas, S.H., SpN.
